   Wrightech's website requires that visitors who want access to the Customer Area must complete a user registration form. A more basic newsletter registration is also available for users who only want to receive regular e-mail newsletters.
   Information collected by other user forms, e.g. Support Request, Send an SMS or General Contact form is not stored as such other than for the purposes of the specific communication.
   Certain user events are logged by the website. They are: user registration & activation; user login/logout; user profile updated; general contact, support request & SMS sent. This information enables us to determine visitors' interests and track any problems or issues, with the goal of providing better service to our customers.
